Keybord-commands are not suppressed while reporting a bug

Hello,

while reporting a bug today, I saw, that the game still reacts to keys pressed while writing a bug report (Pressing Shift+Alt+B). It is not that bad (the current battle is obviously bugged, no big loss, if your Warriors do something unintended), but I think the keybord should only affect the currently open window.

I'll check this out, you can expect it to be also fixed in today's patch.
