Hello,
I would suggest harder punishment for beeing unconscious:
If a guy with only europe on his mind is attacked, there should be no missing + every attack should be critical.
Sometimes my fighters pass out, but their opponents miss or do <10 Damage, so passing out with an armed enemy next to me is annoying but not as deadly as I think it should be.
Best Regards
Majo

You mean when your own units are defeated, right?
We have injuries planned, which will require medical treatment.

No, I mean, when during a fight one of my fighters is so exhausted, that he is unconscious. The he is displayed with stars flying around his head (on Europe on his mind) and he can not act until his Stamina is complete (I don't get defeated so often …)

We do not have unconscious mechanics for exhausted units. Exhausted units simply will catch a breath and will be able to act in the next turn with increased Fatigue. Abilities that revolve around that will make it easier to manage this.
What probably happened, was he was Stunned by a Creponuces, which means he can't act for a turn. If he was stunned and stayed stunned for more than a turn, this is a bug.

What is "Creponuces" ?
I encountered it 3 times (all in 1.1.4), everytime, the fighter affected was stunned until his Stamina was full again (usually 2-3 rounds); it happened after he was hit by enemy; I thought because he was totally fatigued and had to spend more Stamina; graphics was stars flying around his head (currently I cannot reproduce it for a screenshot - see bug-section)

Creponuces is Latin for "nutcracker". It is an ability where a unit kicks someone.
The "stars" represents the unit being Stunned for being in extreme pain for having their "nuts cracked".
